Arthritis is THE most common cause of disability in the UK. It affects millions of British citizens. This presentation is inmteractive, and provides the audience with helpful information about various types of arthritis but in particular provides helpful tips and proven techniques including relaxation, better breathing, and non-strenuous exercise for practical pain relief.
